By accessing and using SportUnite Hub ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any content you create, post, or share on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

4.2 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to post any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SportUnite Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

6. Platform Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide continuous access to the Platform, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportUnite Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SportUnite Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SportUnite Hub regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
